Vaulted ceilings offer overhead storage space. A bar-style kitchen complete with fridge, oven/range, microwave, double-sink with disposal and ample cabinet space. From the side window you can view your personal fenced in patio area, which overlooks the hills of La Mesa. Exiting through your patio and out of your private gated entrance, you can walk directly to your vehicle parked safely in front of the property. The shared laundry room is located directly behind your kitchen, accessible to you from your side, and from the house through the other side of the room. There is also a standard sized closet in your unit, with coatrack and shelf, next to the laundry room. A simple to use gas heater provides individual heat for your unit in the winter, and overhead fans help keep cool in the summer. No Air conditioning, but you are welcome to use your own non-permanent indoor unit. Floors are tile throughout, with tile walls and exposed copper plumbing for the bathroom.
