We are within walking distance to Via bus route 552 and the neighborhood has direct access to the Salado Creek Greenway for walking and cycling. One covered off-street parking spot is available. Additionally, a second uncovered spot is available in the driveway behind the covered spot. On-street parking is also available. Outdoor security cameras monitor the parking spaces. A Ring doorbell and an August smart lock are installed on the front door with a code pad for keyless entry. Room offers a twin bed, a desk and chair for setting up a workspace, a shelf with storage cubes for clothing, a nightstand, and a closet space. Room also includes a window A/C unit for additional cooling. The room shares a full bathroom with another room. The bathroom includes a full-sized tub. The kitchen includes a wide variety of appliances and there is a second refrigerator in the garage. The living room is shared and includes a projector for watching shows or playing games and has enough space for whole room VR. A washer and dryer are available on-site for laundry. The back patio is covered and you’re welcome to use the griddle, grill, and smoker. A ping pong table is set up in the garage. Internet is provided through Google Fiber and all bills are included in rent. We have two dogs and a cat that thinks it’s a dog. The cat prefers the outdoors, but does come inside on occasion to inspect his domain. The dogs are very friendly and spend most of their time outside or in the home office in the backyard. A $45 non-refundable application fee will apply. A background and credit check will be performed; low credit applicants will be considered with steady and verifiable income.
