You will occupy front side of home separated by the kitchen. This home share is ideal for a single parent or a working professional or student who does not mind a house with kids. Room sizes are 10x10 and 12x11, living room 15x11 (included not shared). Shower will be shared, latrine will not ( house has a second one). Home may be converted into a full duplex within a year and only washer & dryer will be shared. Private entrance ( including small front patio) and living room, kitchen and some garage space shared. non-smoker,non-smoker,non-smoker no drugs,or pets ( we already have two small maltese). This is a family home. No parties. No sleepovers. Looking for quiet (reasonably), respectful renter. Longtime neighbors deserve the same respect as they had with me. If you are a single parent with a child it is reasonable to have play dates or study dates as we do with our children or birthday / school parties, etc. House has washer & dryer. All utilities included except pg&e you pay 1/3 bill. House has DSL but we can arrange faster internet and share costs. house has one cable box so second box will be your responsibility or we can arrange a shared upgrade. subject to Background and Credit check. if you have references, resume or curriculum vitae please have it available for review. Owner is a high tech Engineer. pictures will be available soon.
