Updated kitchenette with full refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop, granite countertops opens to a lovely deck with outdoor seating. Washer/dryer in unit. Blocks to downtown restaurants and shopping. This unit is a duplex with a partial shared wall. SHOWINGS are by video tour only to avoid disturbing our tenants when rented. If Vacant, we are happy to give you an in-person tour. PETS One small dog or cat is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply). SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home. COSTS: There is a $300 utility fee that pays for all utilities, plus streaming TV subscription, wifi, trash and landscaping. In addition, there is a $240 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee. Renters insurance required. TENANT PAID UTILITIES None outside of the utility fee mentioned above unless unless they are over reasonable amount (this amount is stated in the Rental Agreement)
