Previous management was an issue, but new management (Robin) is professional, kind and understanding. Any bad review that is older than a year, ignore it. Those are associated with the previous management. I've subcontracted at this location installing floors for years, so I know the quality of the units and they are constantly working to improve the property. Probably the best prices in town! I'm saving over $500 a month by moving into the Woodlands. Switched from Pacific Property to Woodlands. Do not rent from Pacific Property!!!
