There is a washer/dryer hookup available in the unit, and you'll love the gas fireplace once the weather turns chilly. On-site laundry facilities and pool are both available. Water, sewer, and trash services are all included. Roosevelt Elementary School district. * NO SMOKING * NO PETS (service animals are gladly accommodated in downstairs units only) There is no fee to submit an application. Tours are scheduled with applicants on a first come first serve basis. IF after the tour you want to move forward the $32 screening fee would then apply. Previous management was an issue, but new management (Robin) is professional, kind and understanding. Any bad review that is older than a year, ignore it. Those are associated with the previous management. I've subcontracted at this location installing floors for years, so I know the quality of the units and they are constantly working to improve the property. Probably the best prices in town! I'm saving over $500 a month by moving into the Woodlands. Switched from Pacific Property to Woodlands. Do not rent from Pacific Property!!!
