Cute single family home located on the southern edge of Uptown. 2 bedrooms, really a great house for a couple or a single person because only one bedroom feels like a natural bedroom. Not a very good house for roommates in our opinion. It has a very roomy main level with a nice kitchen fully equipped, a back room which is crafts or a lounge containing the washer and dryer, a nice living/dining room with a fireplace and hardwood floors and yet another front room which doubles as a bedroom if desired. A half bath rounds out the main level. Very small basement. The upstairs has an office area at the top of the stairs, a nice large bathroom, a good bedroom and a walk in closet. Cute yard, horseshoes, a patio and nice tree cover. 2 car garage. Snow removal provided. We pay the water you pay the gas & electric. Professional management, screening required. Pets are very selective. Weight limit of 40 lbs, limit of 1 pet and owner is going to be particular about what pets are allowed. Pet rent + a pet deposit part of which is non refundable. No smoking inside the home.
