The second floor includes a full kitchen, living room, dining room, pantry and half bath. There is also a dedicated workspace near the stairs with an outdoor patio facing the front of the house. The backyard is accessible from the second floor and a side gate. The third floor includes the master bedroom and full bathroom. Down the hall is 2 more bedrooms along with a full bathroom and a dedicated laundry space.
