On the ground floor there is additional space with a full kitchen, living area, full bath and waterside deck. Central air-conditioning on second and third floors. The Rocky Neck Art Colony has seasonal use of a small ground floor gallery separated by a shared wall. Embrace the creative atmosphere and comfort of this distinctive property.
