Situated on a knoll in Gloucester's Bay View neighborhood, Helena House offers seasonal views of Ipswich Bay from the balcony of the second-floor bedroom. Decorated with a European sensibility, this home is bright and comfortable with hardwood floors throughout. A Queen Anne-style house, you can access the second floor via the front staircase from the living room or the back staircase in the kitchen. Upstairs has three bedrooms along with a European bathroom. The primary bedroom has a California King and a sliding glass door that leads to the private balcony. The secondary adjoining bedrooms both include two twin beds. In a lush and private backyard, you'll find a slate patio as well as a hot and cold outdoor shower. A short walk takes you to Hodgkin's Cove where you can enjoy the scenery or walk to many fishing spots and quarries. The picturesque neighborhood beach of Plum Cove is half a mile away, and a bit farther is the sweet little village of Lanesville. Annisquam and Rockport are just a short drive. Dogs welcome. No cats. Utilities included with electric included up to $400/mo. First, last & a half month's security deposit due at signing. No smoking. No events or parties.
