We rent a house in Martin Acres and need someone to fill a room starting June. The house is about 2300-2400 sqft split level, which would be shared with the other 2 of us here. There are 3 bedrooms and full bath upstairs, you would be getting the biggest since that's who is moving out. The middle floor has a good sized living room and kitchen, appliances are fairly new. The bottom floor has laundry, a half bath, and a spare room that will remain empty for our storage and visitors to stay. There is an attached garage with some space to work on a bike and store a bit of stuff, but no room for a car. The back yard is large, with a large deck, a shed we put bikes in, and the gate in the back has stairs directly down to the bear creek path (big plus). Unfortunately we can't have pets here though (terrariums are fine). I am in my late 20s, and work in software development. For fun I enjoy riding bikes, play a bit of disc golf, take out the motorcycle, go camping, and see a live show here and there. The other resident is in his early 30s, and works as a CPA. He is big into running and does a couple of road races a year. The lease goes until August of 2017, but you can get out whenever you want if we can find someone to take your spot, and you are willing to pay FourStar Realty's lease transfer fee (500). You will probably need to pass a credit check from FourStar as well.
