Walking in the main level of the home you will find a large living and dining area. The living room has a walk out to the patio and a wood fireplace. The kitchen has a dishwasher and large pantry. The entryway of the home has a half bath and large coat closet. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms, laundry, and a full bath shared by the primary and 2nd bedroom. 1 Car garage included in the rent. The association also has a swimming pool, pickleball court, and other shared amenaties. As a renter you are responsible for gas, electric. Trash, Lawn, Snow, water/sewer, and association fee are covered by the owner. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
