Going down the hallway are both bedrooms, bathroom and linen closet. UTILITIES Water, sewer & garbage are included in the monthly rent. Resident is responsible for electric and gas service. PETS Cats are welcome at this home, up to 2. We are not currently accepting dogs. Pet rent of $25 per pet and security of $300 per pet do apply. All pets must be at least 12 months of age.
