Very nice duplex with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 1 car garage. Newly remodeled. Large living room and nice kitchen with all appliances This unit is being rented unfurnished and has beautiful golf course and mountain views out the back. Tenant pays the electric and natural gas . The owner keeps the water/sewer billing in his name and the tenant pays the set amount ($100.00) monthly along with their rent. Any water usage overages must be paid by the tenant. All kitchen appliances provided. Tenant will need their own washer and dryer units (Natural Gas or electric is available) and there is a separate laundry room with hook-ups.
