About the Space Inside: The primary suite has a queen bed, two walk-in closets, and an ensuite with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a closet. The dedicated office offers 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, an adjustable-height desk, an ergonomic chair, and a queen Murphy bed for guests. The open-concept living area includes a sectional, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and a bar-seating island. A full-size washer and dryer are included, and ceiling fans keep every room comfortable. Outside: Relax on the screened lanai overlooking the water. The attached two-car garage has storage racks, and hurricane shutters are installed. Overnight street parking is not permitted after midnight. Community: Enjoy a resort-style pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, playground, shuffleboard, and an amenity center. Location: Close to Gulf Coast Medical Center, Cape Coral Hospital, and the new hospital replacing Lee Memorial, plus the River District, Colonial Boulevard shopping and dining, and easy access to I-75 and SR 82.
