Downtown Vancouver is at 30-minute transit ride. Zone 1 Bus Stop (2 min), Kingsway (10 min) and Safeway (15 min) are accessible at walking distance. The apartment has one bathroom, three bedrooms and street parking is available. Also, has living room, kitchen, and laundry areas. It is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer machine, central heating, a 48" TV, a sofa, and kitchen utensils. The bedroom available for rent has an area of 81 square feet (9'x9') and has a bed, dresser, closet, desk, and lamp. We are two male roommates working full-time. We are in our late 20's and attended UBC and SFU one year and four years ago respectively. We are social and friendly, but rarely bring friends home. We are looking for another roommate who is also working or studying full-time, and who is clean and respectful.
