The building is secured with security camera system, key fob required access, and secured locked gate. We currently have all 5 suites available, and it is perfect for working professionals that work in the Downtown area, or for International Students that study in the downtown area! The price does not include utilities and it does not include parking spots, however WIFI can be granted to the Tenant for just $30.00 a month!
