About 3538 N Rogers Ave
This three bedroom, bath and a half home is in great condition and ready to enjoy. Very nice hardwood floors through out the living room and bedrooms. There is a large covered patio in the fenced back yard with a storage building. The video shows the older bath and curtains in the living room which have all been changed. The pictures are new. This home does not allow pets and no smoking of any substance. The fully refundable security deposit is an amount equal to one month's rent. A prepaid cleaning fee equal to 30% of the monthly rent will be paid at time of signing lease. Lease will expire April 30, 2027 and auto renew on July 1 of each year if tenant/landlord does not elect to terminate between April 30 and July 1. Move out options are April 30, May 31, June 30. Buyout option available if tenant needs to break lease.
