Pricing is set for a 12-month lease and we are seeking a long-term tenant who will enjoy and care for this beautiful home but we're also open to shorter stays and can also discuss partially or unfurnished options. All leases must be a minimum of 30 days. Located in a picturesque neighborhood with tree-lined streets, walking and biking paths, lakes, pickleball courts, and parks, you'll also be within walking distance to Four Silos Brewery & Coffee House, local shopping, and the beloved Gilbert Four Silos. Downtown Gilbert, SanTan Village Marketplace, Epicenter at Agritopia, the Riparian Preserve, and Freestone Park are just minutes away. The home features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a game room complete with ping pong, shuffleboard, and darts. Upstairs, a loft and creative project space open to a private patio with tree-top views just one of three outdoor patio areas. The backyard offers a true resort vibe with a 14,000-gallon saltwater pool, gas firepit, BBQ, lounge chairs, and a variety of gathering spaces. The spacious primary suite includes a Tempur-Pedic king bed, elegant furnishings, and a large walk-in closet. Rent includes weekly pool service, twice-monthly landscaping, monthly pest control, and HOA access to all community amenities. Utilities not included.
