Bathroom was also remodeled with a marble vanity and a tile tub surround. Cozy fireplace in the primary bedroom! Washer/dryer included. Price includes all utilities and high-speed, Google fiber internet. Private entrance is in back. One parking spot available on the side of the driveway with additional street parking available. Homeowners live on the main floor and have three amazing kids ages 8 (girl), 7 (boy), and 6 (boy). Minimum annual gross household income of $45,000 is required. Security deposit of $1,500 is due when lease agreement is signed. First month's rent is due prior to move in. 12-month lease required. No pets or smoking. There is no fee to apply, but for the top 2-3 applicants, income will be verified and current landlord and references will be contacted.
