Also just a few blocks to Valley Farm organic grocery market & butchery shop. Activities Within 1 block to famous Windansea beach, which is both surf and swim friendly. Also nearby visit La Jolla Cove, with great snorkeling, swimming, & kayaking. Attractions Just a few minutes away is the Village of La Jolla, with endless shops & entertainment. A quick Uber ride South will get you to Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~10min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~20min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~15min drive to Del Mar fairgrounds and racetrack. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. *6 MONTH LEASES ONLY *TENANT REQUIREMENTS | Tenant will be required to fill out and sign the Tenant Income Questionnaire from the San Diego Housing Commission. *NEIGHBORHOOD CONSTRUCTION | There is an ongoing construction project occurring nearby (not on this property) at the far east corner of Gravilla St. Work hours are limited to 7am-5pm, expected completion date unknown.
