This is a 2 level unit with 2 full baths and 3 large bedrooms, each with ample closets. It has been completely remodeled, but original woodwork including built in cabinets and decorative fireplaces were kept. The apartment features hardwood floors, ceramic kitchen and bath, ceiling fans, high efficiency central air, and new double pane windows throughout. The large kitchen has granite counters, maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and can accommodate a table and chairs. There is a private porch off the back of the house and a private laundry in the basement. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays gas and electric. This duplex is conveniently located just a couple short blocks from the express busway, Whole Foods, Market District, and the shops in Shadyside and those in Friendship. The two apartments share a covered front porch and 4 parking spaces behind the building. Each unit has private storage in the basement. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
