Large windows flood the interior with natural light, and each bedroom is designed with generous closet space! *All applicants 18 and over must complete an application with credit and background check included. *Total gross monthly household income must be at least 3x monthly rent amount. *Security deposit is typically one month rent but is dependent on overall application score. *Minimum combined average credit score of 620 required. A lower credit score may be accepted but is based on credit report details and will require a monthly credit risk mitigation fee (see application instructions for details). *Pets may be permitted with an additional deposit & monthly pet rent. Pet deposits and pet rent amounts are determined by overall pet profile score. Please refer to application instructions for details. *This is a non-smoking home.
