This home is available for in person tours. Current photos and video are located on the Guardian Property Management website. Flexible lease are looking for a 6-18 month lease to start with option to renew if desired. Walking into the home you will find the living room, hallways to both bedroom, and full bath. There is a small dining space and kitchen that over looks like the back yard. The kitchen has a portable dishwasher that is permanently hooked up to the plumbing under the sink. The basement is unfinished and excellent for storage or could be used as a tv room. Washer dryer are located in the basement. The garage is getting a new garage door, and the back yard is getting fully fenced in the near future (small gaps exist currently). Central Ac and Forced air furnace. As a tenant you are responsible for gas, electric, and w/s/t. Lawn care and snow removal is tenant responsibility. Renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month. This program ensures that high-quality HVAC filters are regularly delivered to the doorstep, saving our residents 5-15% on energy bills, offers a clean and healthy living environment, and reduces tenant liability.
