On the third level, you'll have your last two bedrooms, each with its own attached full bathroom and walk in closet. Plenty of storage and nicely sized windows to allow in plenty of sun. The home has the added benefit of being equipped with central air to keep you comfortable. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Landscaping is included with the rent.
