The unit features a separate private entrance, hardwood floors throughout, updated appliances, a bonus room that can be used as an office, exercise room, etc. Washer and dryer for sole use of the tenant(s) located off the unit for convenience. Parking on street only, driveway and garage are for the upstairs tenants. Gas, water, pest control, security, trash, landscaping/exterior maintenance are all included with the rent. Each applicant will have to pay a $50 nonrefundable application fee (leasing agent will provide the website for applications) as well as a $1,950.00 security deposit (separate from rent) prior to move in.
