There is a fenced paddock, run-in shed, and storage building for feed and hay in the rear of the property. This would be for an additional fee, which is negotiable. The unit is an efficiency, there is one room with the bed and TV which has half of the bathroom en-suite. Then there is another room which has the kitchen and shower. There is a small eating table in the kitchen room and a chair in the bedroom area for lounging and watching TV.
