I have lived here for 13 yrs. Most of my experience has been positive depending on the management and maintenance staff. The current staff is excellent. Omar is our manager and at times fills in to assist maintenance. Elizabeth works as his assistant and has been here approximately five years. She too has proved to be a valuable asset to the Woodwinds community. Our community is made up of all races, ages. and people with varied interests. I would highly recommend Woodwinds as a great place to live. We also welcome dogs.

I lived here last year for a full year. I only moved because of my job transfer. I lived in an older apartment but I heard that they renovated. The Maintenance staff is awesome, especially Patrick. He always had my stuff fixed correctly really quickly. The leasing staff was never anything less than friendly and understanding. I lived upstairs and it was always relatively quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone and do frequently.
