Very quick responses to requests for maintenance service to check and correct minor or major plumbing issues. They accept pets. Nice little dog park. I just moved back here in March after I had gone back to NJ for two years. I am happy that they had an apartment available for me. I love living here. Great community. Local shopping areas within 2 miles or less for grocery shopping, wonderful restaurants, Doctors, Dentists, Veterinarians, Horse Stables, nice racetrack and beautiful parks.

I have lived here at the Colony for 5 years. I just recently lease. The renewal process was quick, easy& painless—-2 phone calls & 10 minutes online to sign documents & I’m good to go for another year. I’ve rented several times & this was by far the easiest.
