This is a share with a very easy going, clean and dependable male who is hardly home. The common areas are the living room, large kitchen, the half bath and a great deck off the living room. The upstairs where the bedrooms are are carpeted. The living room has laminate flooring and the kitchen which includes a pantry is tiled. No pets or smoking.
