The other is smaller however fits a queen size bed and dresser. Both rooms have good size closets. This is a perfect set up for a single person with a child or someone working from home and needs an office. You will have your own private bathroom. This is a share with a very easy going, clean and dependable male who is hardly home. The common areas are the living room, large kitchen, the half bath and a great deck off the living room. The upstairs where the bedrooms are are carpeted. The living room has laminate flooring and the kitchen which includes a pantry is tiled. No pets or smoking.
