The home is in the final stages of updates and includes fresh interior paint, luxury vinyl plank flooring on the main level and in the full bathroom, and new carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms. Two private parking spaces are located directly in front of the home. The property offers easy access to I-20, I-520, Washington Road, and Riverwatch Parkway.
