Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals. STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box. DESCRIPTION: This 3-story townhome is just a short walk to the ocean. With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, ample space to spread out, this updated home is sure to check all your boxes. The ground level is extremely versatile and offers a pyramid bunk bed with a twin over a queen bed, a stand-alone queen bed, and a futon sitting area that overlooks the television. There is a full bathroom attached to this suite. Outside you will find a fully fenced backyard which makes this home ideal for pets! Enjoy grilling out in the evenings and dining at the picnic table. Upstairs you are welcomed by the gracious open floor plan that creates a wonderful family room. The beautifully updated kitchen is well stocked and will surely make meal preparation a breeze. There is also a guest room on this living level that offers a cozy queen-sized bed and access to a full bathroom. The third floor of this home houses the spacious primary suite which includes a plush king-sized bed, private un suite bathroom, and access to the deck. The deck shared access with the nearby queen guest room.
