Hi thanks for viewing my 4bed/2 bath home! I have a few rooms available for rent. My brother will be living in the master bedroom and the other 3 will be available for rent. Those 3 share a bathroom and range in different sizes/prices. Rooms are available as early as September 1st. The house is freshly remodeled tucked away in Natomas off northgate. Very calm neighborhood. My brother is a college student at Sacramento State so looking for people around his age. He is very clean and doesn’t have people over regularly. Not accepting pets or ESA at this moment. Thanks in advance! - Jaime
