Must see on Beach Hill! You'll love this charming one-story home tucked behind a triplex. It has cool period details like tongue and groove walls. Beautiful kitchen with all of the bells and whistles. Lovely landscaping and wood laminate floors throughout. There is one extra-large bedroom, two good-sized bedrooms and one that is on the smaller size, but easily fits a twin bed and smaller furniture. Generous living room with built-ins. One-and-a-half very short blocks to the main beach/wharf/Cowells, about a half-mile from downtown Santa Cruz and 3.5 miles from UCSC. Weekly gardener included. Laundry room with washer & dryer (payment via an app) located on-site for use by this home and the triplex. There is one onsite parking space and street parking. Parking is by permit (around $25 per car for the season) in summer. We do not allow pets, smoking or subletting. We take pride in our property and are looking for tenants that will take good care of the place.
