July 4th fire works and Blue Angel show that you can see it from your own living room or patio. Master bedroom can see the ocean. There is 2nd bedroom also facing ocean. Patio facing ocean. Downstairs and nearby has a lot of restaurants. Gate monitor (not 24 by 7) in the lobby. 2 assigned parking inside the building. No smoking.
