Our roommate of several years is moving out to live his girlfriend, so we're looking for a new friend to take over his portion of the lease! Who We Are: We are two late-20s/early-30s female professionals. We enjoy cooking, watching movies, going to brunch, and occasionally going out on the town. We are respectful of each others' belongings and space, and we have a biweekly "chore list" that we actually follow - we like a clean house! The Place: We live in a townhome with a half-bath, kitchen/dining room, and spacious living room on the ground floor; 3 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs; and a spacious basement with plenty of storage space. Amenities: - Washer/Dryer in the basement. - Dishwasher. - Free access to gym and outdoor swimming pool. - Easy-to-work-with management and maintenance team. - Cable TV/wifi (we currently pay for HBO, etc). - Storage space in basement. Location: - There is a park with a frisbee golf course, bike trails, and mountain views right across the street. - There is a plentiful, easy, and free street parking, or you can pay a small fee ($~15/mo) for a space in a gated parking lot. - There is a lightrail station on the W line, and several bus stations within 1-2 blocks. (Takes ~10 minutes to get from our place to Union Station on public transit). - Walking distance from Sports Authority Field. If you are a clean, responsible, employed (or in school), non-smoking and non-pet-owning adult looking for a great, affordable home starting in June 2016, shoot me an email and we can set up a time to talk/meet. Rent will be $570, not including electric or cable (which usually add up to ~$80/mo). Move-in date would be June 1st. We plan on renewing our lease in September, so this would be a 1.25 year+ commitment (this is not a short-term sublet).
