There is a detached 2-car garage and the home is cooled by central A/C. This townhome is located just off Martin Luther King Jr Blvd and offers the privacies of a single-family home while in close proximity to downtown Denver, and the parks, trails, dining, and shops of 29th Avenue Square & recreation center.
