Studio Suite. This recently renovated suite in the basement of a Fairfield home has a small den seen in the picture over the kitchen counter then a large living / sleeping are at the other end of the suite laundry is in-suite. this suite entered from the back yard and has some covered area outside its entry way. the yard is shared with upstairs and they have a nice dog. electricity is not included. The November & December hydro bill was $120 and that includes heat and hot water.
