This Apartment is PET FRIENDLY! Available on or about March 1st to April 1st, 2019 this first floor, one bedroom apartment features a large living room, with oak hardwood floor, and a non-functioning stone fireplace. There is a dining room with oak hardwood floor, as well. Newer kitchen has a gas range, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Exit the rear door from the kitchen out to a large private rear deck. The basement has a coin-operated washer and dryer, as well as plenty of storage space. Although the parking is on the street, there is always room in front of the building to park. The building is well situated to walk to the train station (3 blocks away), the wonderful Food Co-Operative where most residents shop and find wonderful foods (2 1/2 blocks away), many imported from other countries. You are within walking distance to many local shops, as well as the library. If you like to run, or walk your dog, there are many sites, within walking distance. One last thing to bear in mind, I am not a typical landlord who raises rent every year. Sometimes I don't raise the rent for two or three years, depending on my expenses. If there have been no large increases in my expenses, I typically do not raise the rent. There are no promises being offered here, but I'm being honest in telling you my practice.
