Perfect not only for students and faculty but also for families! Some additional information about this house: - New roof installed in May 2025 - The lawncare is included - Utilities not included. - Total deposits are equal to one month's rent - Pets are allowed in the property with a $50/month pet fee per pet, with a 50 pound weight limit. No aggressive breed dogs. In order to reserve the house, the following would be required: 1) Each tenant and co-signer fill out and submit a credit/criminal background check application. The cost is $50/person. *If you have your credit frozen, please un-freeze it so we can run a credit check.
