Free street parking is available. One pet is allowed with a one-time pet fee of $250. All dog breeds and sizes are welcome here. Available starting April 1, 2026. Minimum 12-month lease. Tenants willing to sign a 13-month lease will have their applications prioritized. Rent: $2,475. Non-refundable Move-In fee: $750.
