Welcome to your newly renovated basement home! Benefits include an in-house washer and dryer, fiber internet, free street parking, and secure separate entrance. The location is near the Highway entrance, 30-40 minutes from multiple ski resorts, 10-15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, and within walking distance of Millcreek Commons, Brickyard Plaza, and several bars and restaurants. The space includes 2 bedrooms, living area with a television, dining area, kitchen, and ample storage space. The space is well-lit with multiple egress windows. This is a year-long lease beginning June 1, 2026. The lease will automatically renew unless a termination is discussed between the tenant and the landlord. To terminate the lease, tenants must request a termination at least 30 days in advance of the lease's renewal date. Tenants wishing to break the lease will be subjected to the full price of the month of the lease, and the security deposit will not be returned. Utilities are paid by the landlord except for renter's insurance. No smoking. Pets negotiable. Parking in the driveway is not allowed, but there is ample street parking available.
