Beautifully remodeled home. I own this home. Because I travel for work, I am looking for a great family to rent this out to. In the past 15 years, I have had only 3 families and 1 couple rent from me. On average, families typically rent from us for 3-4-5+ years. My current tenant is moving north. * close to REI, grocery store, Momentum Climbing, restaurants, beautiful parks, freeway access (belt route + I-80) * safe, friendly neighborhood * close to incredible trails for mountain biking, hiking, trail-running Looking to rent it out for a year or longer to a great, trustworthy, reliable family who will treat this home like it's their own.
