About 3224 S 1575 E #NA
Welcome to River Roo Cottage! In the heart of Millcreek, you will find yourself surrounded by the stunning Wasatch Mountains. Simple is beautiful in this adorable cottage, where you can rest and relax after a day of skiing, hiking, business meetings, sporting events, or out and about with friends and family or use as your primary residence. Within walking distance, you will find restaurants, coffee shops, Millcreek commons, and popular local bars. River Roo is in a charming, friendly neighborhood with abundant activities all around. With six beds and two hangout out areas, there is plenty of room for adults and kids to have spaces of their own. Heading up into the large loft area, there are twin bunks with arcade games, board games, books, children’s toys, and a large size connect four game. Taking the fun outside, there is a ping pong table, sitting chairs under the covered porch with string lights, along with a fire pit to roast marshmallows and keep cozy. **There is a tenant in the basement. They have their own separate entrance on the North side of the home and park in the street on the North side. You will most likely never see them but may slightly hear them through vents. Price is reflected for this. **The heat upstairs is powered by an electrical fireplace in the loft with the twin beds and the bedroom has its own electrical fireplace. Both create significant heat to warm the upstairs. **The property is cooled by a swamp cooler on the main level with fans in the bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a portable AC unit through the window, along with fans during the warmer months. **River Roo Cottage is an older home with quirks and kinks. It’s cozy, unique and charming in its own way 😊 **Pictures of the backyard will be added shortly. **Cars are only allowed in the driveway at all times. Can fit 3 cars, no more ever. Please be mindful when pulling in and out of driveway, as there are kids in the neighborhood. **No access to garage, owner uses it for storage. **Very safe neighborhood and kid-friendly.
