Income documentation must be provided in the form of: the most recent pay stubs going back 60 days/2 months or an official offer letter for future employment to begin before the lease start date. Prior year’s tax returns or bank statements may be used on a case-by-case basis. ONLY TAXABLE or VERIFIABLE INCOME WILL BE CONSIDERED. -WE ARE HAPPY TO CONSIDER APPLICANTS WITH HOUSING ASSISTANCE OR VOUCHERS.
