This home is owner occupied and we’re looking for the right 1 or 2 people to reside in this private apartment within our home. This home is ready to move in now, or your lease can begin at the end of April or May 1st. Applicants are also being considered for May 15. Storage nook in laundry room is included with this apartment (great for seasonal items like camping gear and holiday decorations) Easy on-street parking- no permits or meters.
