Lots of closet storage area. Skylight in living room. Gas forced air furnace, through the wall AC unit. Monthly rent INCLUDES utilities of trash, water and on lot septic system. TENANTS ARE responsible to pay for gas and electric. No yard maintenance. Tenant is responsible for snow/ice removal near doorway and around car parking area. All measurements are approximated. NO pets. Lease Terms If you are interested please respond to the web site. I will contact interested people in the order received when the property is ready to show. This property is for rent by owner and not associated with any Broker or Agent. All tenants are screened by application which includes asking for references, credit check and criminal background check plus proof of US citizenship, current employment and income and savings.
