Lee (31) is a Bikram Yoga instructor and competitor with degrees in economics and Chinese. He has a strong love of staying fit through hot yoga and physical activity, board/video games, cooking and baking eloquent meals, reading, and talking about new ideas. He is single, vegan, a late riser, and a lover of science fiction, fantasy and FPSs.
Dave (44) works for the County of Santa Clara, and is an avid skater, amateur drummer, grill master, and lover of local sports and media. He rises early, is separated and has three children (they don't live with us). Go Raiders!
Adam (38) started in a local tech company’s service department, and now runs it along with US Sales after they were acquired by their Tokyo based parent company. He and his dog Flynn (6) are avid fans of several comics and super heroes, as well as being huge followers of both Black Sabbath (and a lot of other metal) and the Grateful Dead. In his spare time Adam enjoys going to a variety of live music performances, roasting his own coffee, making arts and crafts for family and friends, and taking walks around the neighborhood.
Joey (29) is a product service manager for Google, working on the inside to make sure their businesses run smoothly. In his spare time he enjoys camping, long hikes, and being out in nature. He is also an avid gamer and comes to us from the great state of Texas. He spends most of his time at his girlfriend’s, and is with us while he is gaming and/or working.

The House:
Right now the house is mostly furnished, but the room is not. All of the cabinetry throughout the house was remodeled/re-done in all of the bathrooms and kitchen when we first moved in, in March 2016. All of the upstairs carpeting on the stairs, upstairs hall, and all 5 bedrooms was also redone at the same time.
There are 5 Bedrooms in the house, with the high probability of being fully occupied, so you'll be living with a few folks. Ideally, We are looking for people who are employed, very clean and respectful of common areas, and good communicators (no drama or other bull$hit >:-D). This is a house with working professionals, who like a chill but adult atmosphere (This is not a college/trap house). We work hard during the week, and have fun on the weekends. Right now we are working from home due to Covid-19.
The western bedroom (For rent)
The room is 11.25. ft x 10.9 ft. (~123 sq ft.).
The lease is month to month, with 30-days notice required for moving out.
Paying the (1-month's rent) security deposit secures the room, plus first-month’s rent to move in
Two full refrigerator/freezers to keep meat and dairy separate from fruits and vegetables. There is also a beer fridge. You’re welcome to keep an energy efficient fridge in your room as well if you like.

We will share, equally, the following utilities for each person in the house:
