The galley kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances: a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and ample cabinet space. The large bedroom comes complete with an ensuite bathroom and plenty of closet space. Cathedral Court Condominium is located near various shops, restaurants, and bars including Giant Food, CVS, Cactus Cantina, Two Amys, Barcelona, Starbucks, Silver, La Piquette, Proper Topper, and many more. The property is located just one block from the D90 bus line and only three blocks from the C85, D80, and D82 bus stops. The Tenleytown Metro (Red Line) is only a short bus ride north up Wisconsin Ave. There is an application fee of $50 per applicant. The minimum lease term is for one year.
