Apartment comes with: -Full kitchen with dishwasher -washer and dryer IN the apartment - large open plan dining room and living room -gated parking space for an additional fee The building sits in front of the Liberty State Park and the Liberty State Park Light Rail. I work in SOHO- NYC and take the light rail 3 stops to the path train which I take one stop to get to work. My total commute is 35-40 min. Super convenient access to downtown JC, Hoboken and NYC and people in the building are very nice. The bedroom for rent is very spacious also with high ceilings, a very large two door closet and the bed you see in the photo is a queen.
