This is NOT one of the bedrooms but an actual extra room. That's the room with the lamp. The hardwood floors throughout the apartment are gorgeous. This is the perfect space for a large family or for friends wanting to share a space and share expenses. The bonus room that is mentioned is just that, a bonus room in addition to the four bedrooms all of which are capable of accommodating queen sized beds. This could easily become the family room or an in home office. This apartment is located on a beautiful tree lined street where the pride of home ownership shows. The area is extremely accessible to public transportation with the R, N and B9 either on the block or literally around the corner.
